Fundraising Request Policy

OurDogHouse receives many requests for donations each year. Although we do our best to accommodate everyone, we regret that it is not always possible for us to do so.

In order to help your organization qualify, please see our policy requirements below.

• Please submit your request to us a minimum of 45-60 days in advance of the date you need to receive the items. The more notice we have, the more likely we will be able to assist your group.
• Please send a copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) certificate in PDF format. You may click here for a convenient, free PDF conversion process. We do not accept MS Word documents.
  

Additionally the following information is required:

• Your complete organization name as it appears on your 501(c)(3) certificate
• Complete mailing address
• Website address
• Contact name
• Contact email
• Brief description of the event
• The number of people you expect to attend:
• Do you give out any "goodie bags" or promotional items?
• Any additional information that you think would be helpful to us.
