About Ms. Beamer "the Beagle"

Ms. Beamer the beagle was only a 13" beagle but pound for pound could play for hours with her toys. She loved running around the yard chasing a ball or stuffed toy and even Gunner my male beagle.

I adopted her after she was retired from the show ring from the Reno's, they always kept in contact with us. She was a member of i-barc, a on-line beagle group on the Web.

Beamer loved stuffed toys to play with, she had a kind heart and loved everyone she came into contact with. We attended dog training together and she was a pro from the very start and aced the class. Her favorite toy was a tiny stuffed blue bunny that was sent to her for Christmas.

When I was injured by a drunk driver and was brought home Beamer never left my side. It was as if she understood I was hurt. When I had to learn to walk all over again she always walked beside me.

Beamer was killed when two German shepherd dogs dug a hole under the back fence and pulled her through it. She was buried in her yard along side Chelsea and Brandy.

Her sweet kind companionship will be missed.
